Welcome to our first blog. We are going to be discussing the book "The boy in the striped Pyjamas". This will be a wonderful opportunity to have two of our schools working together and discussing their thoughts and feelings as they enjoy reading this book.

    i really like this book it sounds like a interesting story and i feel so sad for bruno that how he had to move and leave friends and school

    I think Bruno is a very curious boy with a lot thought and wonder. I think Maria is a very loyal person.

    I think that Gretel is rude, and i recond that Gretel thinks that Maria is her slave because of the way she speaks to her and tells her what to do.

    Hi I moved to Newcastle term 4 2009. I had already read the book at my old school but reading it again is always good it has that quality which I love in a book. I can not wait to see the movie and evaluate the differences between the book and the motion picture.
